I recently just got hired into a perio practice where I have to give LA daily, before I worked at a general practice and hardly ever gave it and definitely wouldn’t give the IA. Often clinicians shy away from providing local anesthetics to their patient because they aren’t confident in their skills, aren’t getting patients profoundly numb, or haven’t given injections in a long time. This course is designed to empower you to hit your best shot with a review of maxillary and mandibular oral local anesthesia techniques, including a review patient health considerations and appropriate anesthetic dosage. Participants review the anatomy of the head and neck as it pertains to anesthesia, syringe/needle safety, a detailed review of injection techniques with photos and technique videos.

You obtain over 5 hours of continuing education and have access to the course material for an entire year from the date of purchase.

This means you can take the course as slow as you want, go back and review videos or other aspects anytime. It's right there at your fingertips.
